Meow-lloween Kitties

I have another card to share from the wonderful new CC Designs August release.
This time I've used the cute mummy cat from the Meow-lloween Kitties set.

There are heaps of cute cats in this set but when I saw this one I had the idea to write "Curses"  on the front and I'll probably add "I forgot your birthday" on the inside (knowing me).

I don't think I've raided the medicine cabinet when crafting before but I did for this card.  I decided to use a little piece of real bandaging and left it dangling down on the side.  It looks great in real life :)

I used the new Half Rectangles Die to cut the background papers out and I used the new Dotted Rectangle Die for the base the cats are on.

I made the word using some rub on letters I've had lying around for years.

Ingredients ;
Stamps : Meow-lloween Kitties
Card : x-press it, Delight (authentique)
Ink : memento black
Other : half rectangles die, dotted rectangles die, meow-lloween kitties outline die, rub ons (MM), copics

Copics used :
YR 14, 16, 18
Y 11, 13, 15, 26
YG 0000, 01, 03
R 00, 20
W 1

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges :

Simon Says Stamps - Go wild
One Crazy Stamper - Fall/Halloween
Aud Sentiments - For a child + sentiment
Southern Girls - anything goes

Thanks for dropping by today :)

Monster Mash Witch

Today is RELEASE DAY for all of the new AUGUST products at C.C. Designs!! As you have seen from our Preview Days, all of the new stamps and dies are SPOOKTACULAR, and perfect for all of your upcoming Halloween projects! For the month of August, we have 7 character stamp sets with coordinating dies available for purchase, Layering Tags Die, Dotted Rectangles Die, Half Rectangles Die, and Shadow Spots Die.

I decided to use the super-cute little witch from the new Monster Mash stamp set.
I coloured her with Copics and added some black sparkles to her hat and cut her out with the Monster Mash Outline Die.  Then I created a pretty moonlit sky for her to fly around in :)
I used distress inks and some texture paste with the Boy Doodles Stencil.

Monster Mash

Wow it's August already?!
And that means another new release from CC Designs :)
This is a sneak peek of a new set called Monster Mash.
It comes with 3 amazingly cute and spooky little monsters with sentiments too.

I decided to make a little sticky note holder with this cute little guy.
I used the Monster Mash Outline Die to cut him out and the shadow is something new too.  It's called the Shadow Spot Die, there are 3 different sized shadows and they add an element of fun I think.
I also used the new Layering Tags Die.

I think this would make a great little gift for one of my girls male teachers.

Pop over to the CC Designs blog to see some more sneak peeks, you may even win a prize.
And tomorrow is Release Day, we'll be doing a blog hop with more chances to win, so please drop by again then :)
